"Lee Sun Kyun emerges in public following accusations of drug abuse."On October 28 KST, he appeared at the Incheon Nonhyeon Police Station for his first round of questioning with authorities related to his drug abuse charges.
Outside the police station, Lee Sun Kyun spoke with reporters, offering an apology for his actions. He stated,
'First of all, I sincerely apologize for the great amount of disappointment I have brought to so many people due to my involvement in such an unpleasant incident. I would like to bow my head in apology to everyone who has trusted and supported me all this time. As I conveyed through my agency, my position is that I will faithfully participate in the investigation with an honest attitude. I feel very sorry for my family, who is suffering a lot at the moment. I will sincerely and truthfully answer [the questions] during the investigation.' — Lee Sun Kyun
During his time at the police station, Lee Sun Kyun will undergo a reagent test to determine if he used drugs and, if so, which drugs he used. He has been accused of administering drugs, including marijuana, since the beginning of 2023 at the home of “A” (a 29-year-old female). Lee Sun Kyun’s phone has also been confiscated, and the police will conduct digital forensics to search for evidence of his alleged crimes."
