Jungkook's Fans Rally Against Missing Credits Scandal: HYBE Urged to Investigate and Rectify the Situation

On November 3, 2023, Jungkook released his highly successful studio and debut album, GOLDEN. The album's title track, Standing Next to You, ignited the K-pop world with its catchy tunes. Fans have observed errors on the HYBE LABELS and BANGTAN TV YouTube channels since the song's debut.

Fans of Standing Next To You claim that someone from the agency is deleting song credits and music from several videos, including the lyrical video, live performance, remix performance, dance practice and music video.

They are trending the following statement and tagging the official accounts of Big Hit Music, YouTube, Team YouTube, Geffen Records, and YouTube to ask them to look into the situation. On X, @Daily_JKUpdate posted the following:

Additionally, fans have claimed that HYBE deleted the song credits from the Standing Next to You music video from social media. A message from TeamYouTube was shared by user
@JKRadioupdater, who stated that the channel owner is in charge of taking down the credits from the song's music video, choreography, dance practice, lyric video, and other videos.

Fans are worried about why the problems only appear in videos on YouTube channels featuring the golden maknae as the song credits are always being erased. They are requesting that the agency issue an official statement. "The channel owner is the one going in and removing credits from #StandingNextToYou mv, choreography mv, dance practice and lyric video," a user said in reference to earlier responses from @TeamYouTube.

Jungkook's fans are calling for HYBE to act immediately on social media and are protesting in order to have the problem resolved once and for all.
